Capt. Greg Magee and his tournament team aboard the “Blue Fairways” have been competing in professional Lake Michigan salmon and trout tournaments for many years. The “Blue Fairways” tournament team, comprised entirely of seasoned charterboat captains and experienced tournament anglers, have enjoyed a great deal of success over the years, with over 75 top ten finishes, including 5 first place wins. Team Blue Fairways competes annually in tournaments in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and up and down the coast of Michigan. Capt. Greg has won professional tournaments in three different states, placed in the top 5 multiple times in each of the four states.

Mark Gwizdala competed in the In-Fisherman Professional Walleye Trial tournament circuit for Twelve years. In 2006 and 2007 he qualified for and competed in the In-Fisherman Super Pro Tournament Circuit, (top 50 anglers in the PWT tournament field). And was lucky to receive the In-Fisherman PWT Eastern Division Top Angler in 2000.
Capt. Denny Blue has over 22 years as a professional charter captain and guide. Capt. Blue has fished extensively both in the U.S. and internationally including Australia, New Zealand, Venezuela, Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico and the Bahamas. Capt. Blue has run a successful salmon charter business in Onekama, Michigan since 1984. In addition, he has guided in the Charlotte Harbor area of Florida since 1993 specializing in light tackle and fly-fishing. Capt. Blue is a certified Federation of Fly Fishers Casting Instructor. He is also a member of the Federation of Fly Fishers, IGFA, Onekama Area Charter Boat Association and the Michigan Charter Boat Association. Blue writes numerous articles for local publications and appears as a guest speaker at fishing seminars and boat shows.
