"Photo and Testimonial Release. I hereby give and grant to Raymarine Inc. (the “Company”), its affiliates and advertising agencies, and their respective licensees, successors and assigns (collectively, the “licensed parties”), for a period of 4 years (“Term”), full rights to use, copyright, publish and display my name, city and state, any of my photos submitted to Raymarine and/or my comments (also known as a testimonial statement) in Raymarine’s online photo gallery and in any and all of its other media and types of marketing materials and advertising (including any print material and any Web sites) to advertise, promote and sale the licensed parties’ products and services. I hereby waive all claims for any compensation for any use of my photos or statements.   The licensed parties do not need to submit any advertisement or other material to me for any further approval. 
The licensed parties shall not be liable for any distortion or illusionary effect resulting from the publication of the photos. 
I am the sole legal owner of the photos or have the right to permit the taking and use of photos. The attached statements are an expression of my personal experience and belief. The licensed parties have the right to attribute the uploaded photos and my testimonial statement (or a cropped version of the photos or other part of the photos or statement or a re-phrased statement which has substantially the same meaning) to me.  
To the extent that I wish to retrieve the photos or alter my statements during the term of this agreement between me and the Company, I will notify the Company at webmaster@raymarine.com. However, I understand that my permission allowing Raymarine use, publish and display the photos, statements and the attribution pursuant to this agreement cannot be withdrawn by me after Raymarine has taken steps to include the photos or statements in photo gallery or in its marketing or other materials. 
If any person in the photo is under 18, I certify that I am his or her parent or legal guardian and I give my consent without reservation to the foregoing on his or her behalf. "
