Capt. Greg Magee and his tournament team aboard the “Blue Fairways” have been competing in professional Lake Michigan salmon and trout tournaments for many years. The “Blue Fairways” tournament team, comprised entirely of seasoned charterboat captains and experienced tournament anglers, have enjoyed a great deal of success over the years, with over 75 top ten finishes, including 5 first place wins. Team Blue Fairways competes annually in tournaments in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and up and down the coast of Michigan. Capt. Greg has won professional tournaments in three different states, placed in the top 5 multiple times in each of the four states.

Sal Alfano has been a Pro Ambassador ( Pro Staff ) for the past 8 years. He has provided in excess of 1000 Raymarine users ON-BOARD (their boat) lessons in the use of their equipment. Sal conducts seminars on Long Island every year from April to October. He also gives 4 seminars each year, using Raymarine E-Series, on “The Language and Concepts of Chartplotting and Radar”. The seminars are given in Norwalk, Connecticut and Lindenhurst, New York and are always overbooked. Because of logistical constraints he is only able to accommodate +/- 150 participants each year.
Dieter Cardwell spent eleven years in the U.S. Navy and received the Qualified Underway Officer of the Deck status. While in the Navy, he received numerous commendations for exceptional service. After the Navy, Dieter attended college and graduated with degrees in Science, Education, and Business. He has over 30 years of King Mackerel Tournament fishing with numerous 1st place and top ten finishes. More recently, he was a Charter board member and competition member of Southern Kingfish Association.
